Suzukis use the instrument panel display and dealer mode to set the TPS. The service manual also lists 1.1V and 1.1Kohm closed, 4.3V and 4.3Kohm open. I doubt these numbers or procedures will be particularly applicable to your bike, but you could try.

from 04 manual ○The throttle sensor is operating correctly if the following
voltages are obtained:
• 0.66 VDC (or slightly higher) with the throttle at the idle
position.
• 4.62 VDC (or slightly lower) with the throttle at the fully
open

every bike is different. some use a 5V signal and the throttle plate 100% closed to initialize rthe base TPS signal. some just call a resistance between two of the three wires and ask you to do some math to get a target resistance based on the resistance as a whole. (like the CRF 450) i dont have an answer for you, (sorry) but just wanted to point out that i's absolutely positively gotta be bike specific, otherwise the tps initialization will be incorrect.

Got it fixed.....Throttle position sensor was off and we also advanced it some to richen it up a bit do to the throttle body modifications !!! FYI- We only advanced it a little bit, so dont get carried away with it if you all try this !!! Throttle response is silky smooth and very aggressive and sharp....Throttle body's been bored from 43mm to 46mm and top secondary rod removed and holes expoxied in and the throttle bores slightly polished and blended.....should be good for 5-7 horsepower !!!! HOPEFULLY ........I also got a spare set of 06-07 ZX-10R throttle bodies w/injectors if anyone wants them $125 excluding shipping !!!
