Hmmmmm

Where have I seen that before........

500 dollar pan, and a screen, bent in, and folded is all that holds it in.........

exactly as you see it, by its own pressure......., its just cut screen, folded, and slipped into that hole.......

I did not realize how it was made for a while, until I really looked into it on my second go round........

Nice eh......?

woppi, looks to me like the screen is in backwards; in that position i don't know how it would screen anything???

maybe i am seeing it wrong?

On my Koenig you cannot remove or move the screen at all without removing the end cap, it is very secure.

I still think the Koenig pan is a great piece, BUT, you need to be very careful that it is set up and functioning correctly. I wasn't careful and it cost me a motor, but that was 100% my fault.

Woppi - nice spash pan! Out of interest, I spoke with someone with a lot of experience with using these motors in dwarf cars and he informed me the 00/01 motors have significantly higher pressure on start up than the 02 and later motors.
What else are you working on with the motor?

Woppi, I always knew that you were SERIOUS, But you are Factory Serious! Good Work! I also noticed little things different in just the 00 and 01 Models. The shaft in the Fi on the 00 is larger than the SHaft on the 01. The crank pulley has a 12 mm Nut on the 00 and a 10 MM Nut on the 01 A difference between a 6 MM Shaft and a 8 MM Shaft diameter. to help Airflow!
