Practice!! (pix)

Practicing for the upcoming Texas Shootout (Oct 19/20):

My bike is running great (9.11 last night with hot humid weather), but I was lining up with Bitter/Sweet Racing's bikes and they were consistently truck lengths not bike lengths ahead at the big end.

Chuck's boost

Jason's Juice:

Thx for the pix, Chris

Dean, the busa right now is at 72",my 12 is not as long as the busa.Ken,these extensions were built by Southwest Superbikes, right by Jim Sabin's shop, they also have a dyno, sniffer, etc. These guys are building busas to go to the salt flats. The yellow busa is the turbo I rode last year I was telling people about,it's got a shit load of stuff going on it right now, let's say this,it won't be short on HP,double the average boost of a street kit, then your within 5lbs of what this thing's gonna do-hope it will be ready,my 12's almost done,I'll post the pics when sh'e finnished-you won't recognize it!!!

Intra,
GREAT to see yr ride coming together, its been a l-o-n-g time since we've seen you on YOUR bike at HRP.

Chucks turbo and Jasons juicer are both VERY quick, and being the polite guy that I am, I didn't ask to see timeslips, but judging from how far ahead of me they are, I'd guess real easy 8.80's. Both those guys can really ride.

Kevin,
I have been instructed and inspired by MANY people on this forum (you know who you are!!) and right among the top is KCadby. Your tireless explaning and re-explaining of technique/set-up and detailed tales of your track experiences have helped me keep at it. Slow (but persistant fukR-be-me.

For sure you and the others who keep me inspired are the reason i'm broke, my kids have no shoes, but my bike has a new MCR2, a fresh clutch, and a belly full of Nutec!!!

Little by little progress is being made.

Thanks to all
