Proper Burnout of a Schinko???
Anyone got some info on the proper burnout prep for a Schinko tire?? My (very) good buddies bought me one for a Birthday present! :-D
Do I go for a hazy smoke, or longer for the full white smoke?
5-7 seconds?
10-12 seconds?

I have no personal experience but more than one person has told me it needs a bit longer burnout in comparison to a shootout tire, but I guess that's true of ALL other tires Try it and see, I'd say.
Do your good buddies need another good buddy?

Funny Dean! (do my buddies need another buddy?) hehe
Anyway, I went with 25lbs and the "rolling smoke for 4 seconds, then ride out" technique. btw - I seem to prefer 8000rpm - 10000rpm for my burnouts. I was watching the tach today... :-D
Seemed to work for all 6-7 passes I made. Never had a problem.
