Probably meant Registration instead of Tech?
Even if they wanted to tech that early, I'm down!!! An extra 1/2 mile? I can hear the communal rejoice of hundreds of 199.xx mph riders!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1.5 miles? Plan on lots of cool down time between runs due to the track getting oiled down 50% more often!
Sounds like fun though...and a few extra mph.

gotta balance, tho, wifey wants to go see bonneville in 2009 after taking to Doug Meyer and hearing some o' Scott Guthrie's tales of the fastest Indian guy.
I do love road trips; Gary drivin' and me sippin' J&B waiting on midnight for my turn to drive.
I'm even willing to meet KZScott, no matter what Flite says about him!

I would love to go but it probably won't be in 09. I already have my racing schedule and budget pretty much set for 09. Maybe 2010 for me.

Wow, thats WAY up in Maine.
Thats still another 300 miles past my place in Maine.
I think I'll plan my vacation that week. The Blue Angles might even be in town that weekend.... I'll have to go look at the schedule.

Yep, Very Busy 09 LSR schedule. Plus Nevada is having a Derby Kilo come on line in 09 as well. Will be 1 mile in 2010.
The rules, classes, and most everything else in Maine will be similar to Maxton. The people putting it on are well connected with the ECTA and SCTA. Plus I do believe Deb and hubby along with WildBro will be headed up as well.
