gear ratio
I have a 00'12 stock motor muzzy/pc, stock wheel base. Had the bike twoo months have yet to have it dynoed(no hp numbers)
the gearing is 17/50. Is this possiblly to much gear.
my weight 200
60' 1.70
1/8 6.70
1/8 106-107mph
looking at some of the others numbers just curious should i drop to maybe 48
looking for advice thanks

I'm not sure there is a thing as too much gear. Mine runs fastest when it is near the limiter at the finish line. This, to me, is much more critical than overall gearing. My 60's are pretty much the same no matter how it's geared. It just takes a little more throttle control in the lower gears when I have it geared as a five speed.
