Ryan's ZX9R 9.60 @ 143.78 pics
Rented the track out today at MIR.. Ryan Schnitz showed up so I asked him if he wanted to make some passes with us but his 12R was broke SO he brought out his streetbike a 2002 ZX9R w/Muzzy pipe & tuning w/nutec... 140rwhp! He had _never_ run the bike at the strip before.. 1st pass 9.90 then he widdled it down many 9.7s and then back to back 9.63s @ 141 and finished the afternoon session with a 9.60 @ 143. STOCK MOTOR STOCK WHEELBASE no suspension tuning. I was impressed!!

I broke my bike early in the morning like on the 5th pass my lockup ate another clutch puller rod so I was done for the afternoon although I did ride a friends bike several times in the late afternoon. My best was a 9.55 @ 155 today before I broke.

hmmm.. you ate another puller rod? was that one worn? you might want to look into that a little more, and I love Ryan's new leathers! those must be his pro-stock leathers!

You talking about my friends ZX9 Chan Chan? His was going at least 140 every pass last weekend but he can't get no 9s out of her. That Ryan can ride. Sucks about your puller rod woes, Bergie. I hope you get it figgered out soon.

guessing from my old runs on a 9R I used to have similar to this one,..I'd guess 116mph. Maybe 117 and change.
