Muzzy Stealth Jetting????????

What's the spread for this kit? Does it follow the NOS chart?
Got a used kit and getting all sorts of information on jetting.
I'd like to try a 70 -80 HP shot.
Who KNOWS what the jetting should be?

As far as I know it should follow the chart. Just give Muzzy a call, they are always nice even if
they don't give ya any love.

If it is a used kit you may want to make sure the fuel reg is set appropriately. Nos pressure can also throw in a bit of a variable as well. Make sure those fuel lines are clean!!!!!

Have it Dynoed to make sure your setup is right.

JohnnyCheese knows the stealth kit well and has run some very very decent HP shots.

I am an idiot so be sure and talk to him. He is busy so it might be hard to get a hold of him.

Dave @ muzzys was nice enough to send the installation guide.
It says 14f 16n but no HP numbers.
JohnnyCheese just solved the puzzle.
THANKS JOHNNY!

I also have a Stealth kit that was in a bike I purchased, it had 14f/16n, which I believe was the sizes it came when new. Tried to ping Johnny a couple weeks back about info on the system but I'm sure busy with more important stuff. What should or How should I clear the lines on a system that has been sitting up for a year or so?

Ninja 12 has JC's number. Saturday morning is usually the best time to talk to him as
he has a family and a regular job. He just does it on the weekends for Grins.
I think contact cleaner through those steel lines would work the best. Maybe Ninja12
might be willing to sent you a color copy of the instructions as well.
Make sure the fuel regulator is set right for your application and at least your fuel solenoid
is working.

GET IT ON THE DYNO TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING BEFORE YOU HAMMER IT.

Thanks TB6001, I also hooked up w/ Dave @ muzzy and received some pictures of installation. Things are kind of tight in there like a bag of snakes. Just getting to the jets are a b**ch. How can I test the fuel solenoid and can I do it with the system intact. The system has not been used for a year or so. I didnt think about contact cleaner, it will evaporate quickly. I kind've figured JC had other things going on.
