zx14 crank in a zx12?
Can this work in a zx12 application? I know it works for new busa cranks in the older motor.

if it would work, it would take it to a 61mm stroke(5.6mm stroker), and you would have to do some work to the starter gear (like what you have to do with a 60mm stroke(4.6mm stroker) and carillos)
if my math is right...
60mm stroke stock bore = 1298.5
60.4mm stroke stock bore = 1307.2
61mm stroke stock bore = 1320.2
60mm stroke 86mm bore = 1394.1
60.4mm stroke 86mm bore = 1403.4
61mm stroke 86mm bore = 1417.3 (allmost as big as the 4.6mm stroker and billet offset big block)
60mm stroke 87mm bore = 1426.7
60.4mm stroke 87mm bore = 1436.2
61mm stroke 87mm bore = 1450.5 (holy kaw!) (Karl, I think we found another idea for another science fair project  )
the biggest stroke i have heard of on a 12 is a 60.4mm (5mm), but some say to go no bigger than the 4.6mm. but maybe if the 14 crank fits it would be fine since its stock stroke in another similar motor?
the 08 busa is only a 2mm stroker compared to the old busa, the rest of the motor is pretty much the same isnt it?

what about the width of the journals? and overall length, the clutch drive gear, the ignition boltup and alternator? i wish this would work.
