details on nitrous wiring starter button
I'm currently in NYC on assignment but will be back on Saturday. Unfortunately there is a dyno shootout Sunday morning in my area and I haven't wired the nitrous on my bike yet. Can someone please post detailed instructions or photos on wiring the solenoid into the starter button using the standard 6-pole switch that was included with the dry kit? I'll be short on time and would greatly appreciate the direction... Thanks!!!!!

For now...
I just wired it using my existing airshifter
harness and switch as it was already there
and functional.. I just press and hold the
horn for nitrous.
Eventually I'll go back and wire it to the
starter button and get my airshifter going...
If anyone has pics or detailed instructions
on wiring the 12/starter button please email
me privately or post here. Otherwise I'll do
it and document it on my site sooner or later.

If you look on the Schnitz site and look at ryans dry kit there are instuctions there for wiring it to the horn or starter. Why did you unhook your shifter? Is it still not working reliably? Why don't you just hook the nos up to a full throttle switch?

Everthing is soooooooo simple ONCE you know.
I found the starter wire under the right inner fairing. My wire was
BLUE/white on the switch side and Black/red on harness side.
Moonzx12 said his was black/white on the switch. Either way its easy to find with a test light.
Guys you don't have to hack you MAIN harness. If you follow the wire
from the starter control you will see that it plugs into the MAIN harness,
Just splice into starter control harness.
Thanks to moonzx12
