New 14 results....
Most of you folks know my oldest son Zack, he bought a 14 a few weeks ago. It's been so cold that he's only put 300 miles on it but wanted to run it yesterday so we went to Sreele, AL with Chad on his ZX10R.
With only a lowering strap and dogbones Zack went a 9.84, 9.80 and finally a 9.74, all around 144 on pump gas. He felt it'd go 60's but due to a car accident and some oil downs that's all the runs for the day. He wanted some baseline runs while it was stock.
Chad bought some Spencer Cycle extentions (nice product and good service) and put it at 61". He went two 9.10's and a 9.08 at 153.
Zack didn't waste any time getting rid of the grills on his 14, I like the smooth look better.

Zack's buddy has a body shop and worked them over for him. Never could match the paint, Zack had to go with the factory stuff because of the metallic.

Zack told me that he really liked the 14!!!...I cant wait to get mine next season!!!

Maybe I didn't make my post clear.....sorry.
Chad ran the 9.0's on his ZX10R at 61", it has the usual bolt-ons and some tuning.

Thanks for the kind words guys! The 14 is an awsome bike. I'm looking forward to pulling the butterflies out and see what the best i can do on stock exhaust. We only got 3 passes so with some seat time I hope to improve. Thanks again. ---- Zack

Looks GREAT Zack! But I'm not surprised.. We need to hook up and ride this weekend. Either you on my 10R against Chad or me on my bike and Dan on Chad's bike.. We talked it all up today when I saw him at the shop. Dude the SHOP BLOWS CHUNKS these days without everyone there. Looks like Mail order time..

yeah we need to hook up and race. We are going to the Crossville track saturday so it may have to be next weekend before we can run. Yeah the shop REALLY sucks bad from what I have heard. Don't forget about Lansford Kawasaki.

RESULTS #2........
Went to Crossville's 1/8th mile Saturday. Zack ran 6.20's with a best of a 24 and Chad ran a best of 5.75 on his 10.
We were looking at last weeks time slips from Alabama, Zacks best 1/8th was a 6.37 while Chads best was a 5.92
Both would had alot better 1/4 mile times if they could have ran the front half like in Crossville.
