Drill it out...tap it..tighten a good correct length screwcap or similar bolt in?
Flush it through after, no need for a rebuild... job done.
Unless it's leaking into the bores aswell.
Muzzys have their last 2 billet blocks for sale on their site as turbo piston/block kits.

Rob wrote me an email saying to send it to him, they will take care of it, i'll try and talk to him today.
BUT, with some "whammer-jammer" epoxy, i'm going for an interim fix and get it on the dyno sat.
If it holds on the dyno i'll run it at the Mile.
If it starts leaking on the dyno, ill might pull it and get speedninja to weld it, bolt it back together and run it!
to be continued...

Sounds good. As long as it is the "whammer-jammer" epoxy you should be fine.

I think it was one of the Barbies in the garage that did it.
Karl if you or Muzzy get it welded on, You may want to make sure it gets milled to make sure its nice and flat.

update
Muzzy will replace the block as soon as they get another one made, in a couple weeks.
Till then I am hoping the whammer-jammer epoxy (loctite ss putty) holds.
It held yesterday for 4 heat cycles, going to the dyno tomorrow.
fingers crossed

Maybe they can throw an extra millimeter or two on top so you have a little more block to work with for free.

Muzzy already gave me the # for the exchange new block. All is cool with them :-)
Muzzy does their blocks in house so they could all a lil bit on top, but i'm sticking with the orig spec as it has taken me 3 years to figure out what makes it tick.
can't wait for the mile!!!
Gary,
you make good progress on yr motor on Sun???

Not too much, but no worries. It'll be fun to hang out and pit for the big gun 12's.
From what it sounds like on hear there should be a large number of 12's pulling 200+ pretty easy.
