Good read, but I came away with not to degree the cams on an EFI bike. Even tho i have mine degreed 107/109

That's not what i got,
"On an injected engine you no longer need to create a strong vacuum signal through a carburetor throat for good fuel atomization. "
This was a concern on carb bike, but was not the primary reason for degreeing.
As mentioned eariler in the article,
"Small changes of one degree can have considerable effect on the power delivery characteristics of an engine."
That's what we are after, MOVING power , it would be nice if you actual found more,
but that not usually the case.
Most racer will give hp down low to gain in the upper rpm range. while many city rider want the grunt power below 6-7000 rpm where they spend most of their time.

Just use NOS to get the upper high and add to the mid hp. Then you dont have to move the cams. Unless you are spraying over a 60 shot.

cam timing is not just for instant HP, it is for fine tuning your race engine...

Cam timing cam make a nitrous engine more efficient. ( more hp for a set amount of nitrous)
