Nos for newbees

I just bought a dynotune nitrous kit. Along with it i bought a rpm window switch a bottle pressure guage, and a microswitch. It came with 15,30,40, i added 50 and a 60hp jet.

My bike has a manual advancer set at 4 degrees advance. I'm going to put the stock one back in or zero advance.

My questions are as follows:

I have stock plugs should i change them?

I'm doing a custom map for the nos how much should i add to the p/c for a 50-60 shot?
I'm assuming i'll only need to add fuel to the 100% table?? I have a palm pilot so it'll be easy to change maps.
How much mph will a 50-60 shot add in the qtr? Bike runs a best of 142 mph at a mile high location.

The system comes with duel nozzles, I have seen pictures where they tap into the airbox in two places near the fuses. (Wayne Lawsons) set up. Is this an optimal position for the nos to be injected or is there a better location?

What octane fuel should i run? My bike is a 1290 kit with about 13.5 to 1 comp.
91 octane is the highest i can get at the pump. Although I have access to 101 or c16.

Thanks in advance!
