nope not cheap ($33 at JCW) and you might need 2 of em, but cool never the less.

Got mine yesterday, but i gotta go collect FF miles until Dec 16, so I have no report on how well this tool actually works.

I have used hose clamps for ring compressors if GBUSA or you were not around to help

Help you settle the block on the pistons with no ring compressors is a shitload easier than doing myself.

It took me about 5min to realize that I was never gonna do it without compressors.

You make it look soooooo easy.

I've been using that type of ring compressor for 15 years. I bought mine from Gene Berg (volkswagon). It works great.

I used a large ring compressor cut in 4 strips and notched it with 4 small Vise Grips worked horrible. I will buy two of these and see how it goes!

Perfect! Their Vice Grip Clutch Holder worked perfectly so if this is as good, we will be fine
