carpenter motor??

I have a carpenter built 1290 package(older package) depending on the dyno it makes 195 hp on a dynojet and 202 on a mjp dyno. I saw on carpenter's websight new and improved headwork and larger cams along with stroker kits as well.

Has anyone have one of the newer kits and if so how much hp are you getting?

I got to say, LOL I know a silver zx12 JOhnny Cheese built for an old man that made a whopping 192 with a 1427 in it. Hmmmm, 1290s make 200rwhp? Who woulda thunk!

Its all good, I just dont like people that don't practice what they preach, I mean come on, its all in fun, or is it? If you can't take the heat, dont be in the kitchen in the first place. And sure as shit don't light a fire if your afraid to battle a blaze.

But Karl, don't take it personally, he's just your engine builder, even if he has built you 5 or 6 of them due to "manufacturers defects"

I know, i got it figured John, no thanks to you. I appreciate the help, esp when you call me asking me q's about bikes and I help you out amiably. You call me for parts your missing and I send them to you, no charge, not even for shipping, and you still motherfuck me. You and Buddy are one of a kind, peas in a pod. At least the bike made 350rwhp before he took it. The bike came to you in fine condition, only needing some cleanup before its done. Then you post some pics after you TEAR it up and buddy puts some home wiring connectors on it, and you tell EVERYONE on the net I did that shoddy ass work. FUCK YOU John, you and Buddy. And SLEEPER. You couldnt tune a DTA fuel management if your life depended on it. I did. Tech me in 60inch and eat a dick.
As you can tell, Im not in this for friends, I dont give a "f" what some folks like Cheese and Buddy think about me, Ive dealt with them, and I know how a bitter old man can be. Truth will set you free, smoke in your mirrors wont get you anywhere but back where you started. Your doing good Cheese, still at the same spot, doing the same thing, and your getting older every year. As long as your happy to be in stagnant homeostasis, its all gravy

Hell, I wouldnt even be pissed if these people werent LIARS. Tell the truth about the situation instead of leading people to believe I fucked some poor old man. Real grown ups HUH? Give me a break.....

John even called me to tell me after he went through the motor, at Buddy's advice, and found NOTHING wrong with my complete motor build, from crank up, it cranked and fired right away with the tuning I put on it. Right off. If I was so shoddy then why does John mock Buddy and his antics behind his back to me? Why are people so hypocritcal, then place the blame elsewhere when they can't do the job themselves? Ive even offered to take the bike and finish it free of cost, JUST TO PROVE that it did what it did on the dyno, and I would make it do it on the track. Its personal. Its more than words and bikes. Its family members, its life stories, its drama, that shouldnt have been brought into a business aspect. But the so called grown ups can't keep their emotions from distorting reality. I may be a hard guy to like, but Im not a hypocrite. Which is more than I can say for most of these people Im speaking of. Im through with this crap, I got 2 bikes to race, and a business to run, I dont want to hear my name out of your mouths at all. My work speaks for itself, and my customers know this. My repeat business doesnt come from rebuild after rebuild after a customer blows up something I just built.....

I really only meet Buddy once a couple of weeks ago at the track. We started talking 12's, and He just told me he had a very bad experience with the turbo project.
I know nothing about your dealings, or your shop, but I do consider Johnnie to be a friend, although I've never had work done at his shop either. Speek to him on occasions.
Actually I do all my own work. I'm about Turbo Ignorant.
So call me what you want. CheeseLover or whatever the Hell.
I'll be at the shootout should have an SS bike there too, If you call a bone stock 1k with an exhaust SS ready.(LOL)

well let see 350hp??? where the graph??? at least I have a graph of what the bike made.
And maybe Doug can answer the question of why it made 350HP with a .4bar (5.88lb)spring and no boost controller? The answer might be that you said it had 13# of boost, again with a 5.88# spring,Why?

The bike came to you in fine condition, only needing some cleanup before its done. the pics that were taken and posted was not by me but they are how the bike came to me.
So I guess what you are saying is that Buddy after taking it from you, rewired the whole bike in the same color wire and twisted all the wires together?
