butterfly body fasteners

I was looking at the web site for New England Dragway and their rules state all motorcycles running nitrous must have butterfly body fasteners.I've never seen them on a bike before or at least heard of anyone doing that. And in 2006,will need a diaper on the bottom end.Seems to me that would catch the wind if running a sidewinder,no?Are there that many bikes blowing to need these rules?

So far the only place I found for a diaper was Taylor Motorsports Products.

Is your bottle enclosed in the tail section? If so, dont worry about such rediculous rules.
If they can't see it, you dont need it.
