Rob,
I think the problem is that, MANY people think of Muzzy as the leading Kawasaki
performance parts distributer. We pay a little more and expect a little more.
This would not be as big a deal If we were dealing with a second hand discount house.

Entropy- Thanks for you're input on the crank gear. We will inspect all future cranks to make sure this does not happen again.

Johnnycheese- We will modify the pistons so that there will be clearance for all applications. We have only had piston contact when using a 7mm over crank.

ninja12- I also think of MUZZYS as a leading performance company that provides a better product. I was a customer just like everybody else on this board. It was a big disappointment dealing with most of the big name suppliers. I will make every effort to provide the best quality product possible. I also now it is not possible to catch every problem no matter how much we try. That is why it is so important to get feed back from the customer.

Rob...We maybe tough on you at times because we need excellent performance parts to keep up with those Busas...

We all appreciate you and your company, because us ZX12 owners have no support from anyone else!!!...No one else cares about the ZX12s as you do...If it wasnt for you and Rickey Gadson, we would probably be riding those easy to DragRace Busas!!!
