bottle warmers
Smallest ones I could find are for the 21/2lb. bottles. What temps do these warmers get to?I was thinking of going Rube Goldberg and use electric socks from a sporting goods store.I don't want to take the bottle out between runs just to heat it up plus lose the charge in the line.Maybe even use those hand warmers that come in individual packets.Ideas?
I have 1 lb. bottles.

AMEN! They work on 2 and 2.5 pound Bottles and wire it direct with a fuse to the battery. I turned mine on and did not watch it (Cold Out) and in about 5 minutes I had 2,000 PSI! Remember at a little over 1050 PSI you have so much heat that it starts to become a gas again. You want to operate at over 750 and below 1050 with 850 to 900 the sweet spot!

Thanx Vin,I didn't know about turning back to gas at 1050.I thought the sweet spot for use was 900-1000psig.I suppose that tells how critical a quality gauge is.Is anyone using the 21/2lb bottle warmer on a 1lb. bottle?

They also said on that site to never use a torch to heat a bottle....which makes sense.
That price of $135 is not that bad...in fact it is almost $75 less than Nitrous Express

I have the one that is made for the 2lb bottle (orange unit...I think NOS). Not sure of the brand but it was cheap and we just wrapped the velcro strap tight enough for the 1 lb bottle with-out using the ring.
