9.40's with the current setup and hopefully 8.90's with the 1397 (June or so)...

That is very realistic. I ran 8.98 on our 1397 Busa with a few human errors. I think that I could have got 8.80's on a good track day.

Want to get our 1270 w/nitrous into the 8s and the other bike, gulp,....6s.

I ran 9.14 on my 1270 no NOS 6 over with my backwoods skill level.
Stock head, stock filters, Muzzy cams, fuel pump, exhaust. 17/46 gearing
I WILL be in the 8's with my motor this year.!!

My goal is 1st for my new motor not to blow. And 2nd to run consistant 5's in tha 1/8mi.

my goal is to find a place here in germany to go draG RACING. I LIVE NEAR BITBURG but thay say bikes are to fast and no bikes can run!!
i hope to make a pass at a track.
but if not i will be racing in 2006 when i return to the US!
