What's your ET goal for 2005?
I'd like to get into the 8.50s, and run over 170, street legal, 63". Wish me luck

Id like to run the lowest 9s possible over 150mph on a stock wheelbase/motored ZX12.
Then Id like to spray it into the 8s.

Im looking for a 9.35 with a 60" wheelbase, OEM motor, Akrapovic, MR9 fuel, gearing, slammed, OEM air filters, OEM timing, FOOT SHIFTING...

I just want to run. I have never taken a bike down the track before. Plenty of experience in cars, but none on bikes. The ZX12 is my first journey into fast bike territory as all my other bikes were either VTwin sportbikes or 600's.

8.80's, 63in, 220hp.
I wuz getting better every week, but ran out of track days. Would have had a 8 or low 9-oh eventually with 200hp.

Geez, everyone wants 8s all motor, buncha purists :P
Entropy I'd give ya the basic rap on spray, run good gas (which you are) retard your timing, map it with the spray. As long as you don't get too greedy or careless it'll run forever.
But this is all from past experience - cause I'm BOOSTED now Just got the bike back up and running last night. Now to get the boost controller hooked up and start shooting for those 8s again.

I agree, I rode the ZRX last night (in some wicked fog) for the first time in months, and it felt pretty damn good. I'm hoping the weather holds out and I can go to Orlando for Runday Sunday this weekend - innerested?

I wish...I start a 6week stint in DC tomorrow.....SO not looking forward to the weather up there....I moved outta that town years ago for that very reason.
Blah.
I do believe the homeskillet corvette guy on the jaxracing board was talking about renting out gville within the next few months....definately have to make that event!
