Found Better Exhaust GasTemp meter!
http://www.professionalequipment.com/xq/ASP/ProductID.1211/id.22/subID.177/qx/default.htm

After doing all of my research, I realized that reading from the pipe would just be too far behind the profile! So for a Whopping $139.00 including delivery, I will be drilling a little hole into the pipe and installing this Thermo Couple and read the exhaust Gast temp real time even while out for a "RIDE" at Maxton! I am going to know what is going on with that engine, one way or the other!!
Now I can fully test my NOS Set up!
Otis, I would have never found this for this price if I had not been inspired by a lack of money! I saw them for a lot more and less temp also. Now this is what I am talking about!

Temperature range:
0 to 1,832°F
(18 to 1,000°C)
Accuracy at 70°F (23°C):
CE=0.95
30 to 950°F
(-18 to 1,000°C)
±2% of reading or
±3.5°F (2°C)
whichever is greater
Response time:
500 msec
Spectral response:
7 to 14um
Emissivity:
0.3 to 0.99 adjustable
Display resolution:
0.1°F and 0.1°C or 1°F and 1°C
K-type range: -40 to 2,192°F (-40 to 1,200°C)
Ambient operating range:
32 to 120°F (0 to 50°C)
Looks like 3 to 5% + or - Accuracy without the probe and 100% accuracy with the hand held probe.

OK, How are you going to use the infra-red tester to test your NOS hook up?

Thanks Otis! I plan to use this as a back up test to the Air Fuel Ratio. I plan to take some readings without spray and then with spray and see what the heat temp difference is. I am looking for + 30 degrees. If Higher, I will add more fuel, if lower, I will add more NOS.
