Land speed techniques?

Where or what are the techniques to go fast with out 500 hp's?
The air flow etc.. for Bonneville.

on the 12 it helps to stay tucked low enough that your helmet touches the tank and lift your ass off the seat enough to get your back up and arched to create an aerodynamic curve over the top of the bike, butt up and slightly rear, as if you were riding a horse that was running. Make an effort to remind yourself to keep elbows and knees in as tight as possible.

Yea I'm talking about the laws and categories @ Bonneville.

I use to do that when teenage i have a great experience on getting real small on the bike..

I'm talking also about what would be a good built bike to race on speed land.

GSXR 1100, GPZ 1100 ? I have those 2 already. Both need work..
