I did something bad today!
I went to BBY Kawi with freek and DIrty Bill today to buy some handguards for my DR650... walked out of there with a DRZ400 instead!
DOH!!!!!
Anyways... how cool is that!

nice one..... it's black and blue FYI. (this is Canada... we get all the cool colors u dont!) ...
and yes... alas I must bid a quick farewell to the DR.... it was great and I had a blast....

sorry.. I've been out buying bikes etc...
what you need to do is give me a call during the day and talk to me.. we can go over each model and I can tell you the pro's and cons of them...
dont get me wrong.. you guys make an excellent product.. without you I'd be stuck with a "hefty herman" or something gay like that... it's just that we have some very specific applications and needs....

...so is that the bike you're going to use to pack-mule it up to alaska?...great bike to truck up and play in the far away dirt, but not a good bike to ride to the dirt if the dirt is far far away, no?

hey Fish...I went to the dealer and had all the paperwork done on a new 6RR, got it approved, and Kelly asked me to wait until march...that was hard to do, leave and not take that bike home....man o man....lol

...I read a magazine article somewhere where these two motojournalists took a couple of '03 DRZ to some far and exotic land in the dirt...Baja I think?...did you read it?
...whachoo gonna do about fuel capacity?...I'd let you siphon off the USS KLR650 Valdeze in a pinch to get you to the nearest citizen with a plastic jug full of questionable gas, tho

I could do that, but if I get an e-mail from you (the customer) with your name e-mail, I'll have more weight. Instead of me saying "a friend that uses our equipment said this and that"
Or I could call you, right down what you want to say, e-mail it to you, & you copy and paste it on a fresh e-mail back to me.
How's that?

sure.. or something.... dont think this isnt important to me.. .it's just one of a billion things I am doing at once... that's why if we talked about it on the phone then we could discuss specific models and yadda yadda..
