OT Lance Does it Again !
Lance Armstrong did it again. For the fifth consecutive year, the 31-year old Texan captured the Tour de France, tying Miguel Indurain's record of five-in-a-row. Armstrong smiled broadly and chatted with other riders as they rolled into Paris during the race's final stage, a traditionally ceremonial ride where no one challenges the overall leader. His closest challenger, Jan Ullrich, could only smile with the rest as the race wound down.
