The guy bought it for $8000. THE steal of the year.

holy crap, that WAS a steal!! CF wheels even?!? fuck, that guy just lost a bundle! i shoudla sold a kidney to raise the money for that thing.

Yea, My buddy called me and told me about it the day after it was sold!!! I have talked to the originall owner and all I can say is WOW.. he must have almost 20K in that bike....... and alll for 8 grand...

I know the original owner and he's pretty much getting into super motards now, he had a LOT into that 12. Had the stroker in it too. Full CF dymags, Muzzy Ti, iron discs in front, full CF bodywork, beautiful CF mirrors, etc, the list goes on, for 8k I would trade my wife for it  (just kidding honey)

No one on the board responded in part becasue it was listed for a hell of a lot more then 8,000. I can't speak for others, personally case if the price is right for me I buy it. I don't barter, make counter offers etc. Spent to much time in other places in the world where I had to haggled over a friggin carrot.
I also sale my stuff the same way.
Looks like the guy got a good deal. Hopefully he will treat it with the same care as the previous owner.

It's sold. The bike is getting used again (it just sat in my hands).
The fellow got a steal, gave him all my spares too... wheels, tires, everything. The bike was pretty perfect.
