powercommander 3r
I have a 2ooo kawasaki zx12r with a powercommander 3r, and a muzzy stainless pipe with a carbon fiber oval exhaust, and the k@n air filter. I have the 0 map in the powercommander and I have messed with the settings the bike puts out a great fireworks show at night with the blue flames out the pipe in 2,3,4 gear when I am in it and let out of the throttle. this is very aggrivating. can someone help me with a better map so my bike will run like it should I will be very greatful.

dynojet has a good selection of maps (surprise! ) http://www.powercommander.com/204-211.shtml but not with the muzzys/k&n combo, altho general consensus seems to be that the filters dont matter here.
number of maps on easy's site at http://www.zx-12r.org/Motorcycle_info/Information%20Pages/PCIII%20Maps/PCIII_Maps.htm

You need to remove your kleen air system.

Send me an email and I'll send you a map that worked well on my 2000 and several other 2000s. The advice about a custom map is the best solution, but this may be close.
Also it's true the popping on decel can be helped out by removing the kleen air system and installing some of these:

You can find them here http://www.muzzys.com/block-off_plates/index.html
Hope that helps,
Dave

I believe "Dino" has a set of those for sale as well.

Try this link to a cheaper Kleen removal mod.

Doods, I have a stock pipe and all that. Popped on decel. Removed Kleen air system, still poppin'. Installed PC3 and put in "stock map" (Not 0 map) presumably from Muzzy.
Still pops.
Don't have the block off plates, though, but I did fill up the holes with silicone.
Popping very noticable. Elk, with custom map, still pops as well.
