600+hp ZX12R. Paul Hambridge's race bike on the dyno. Did a couple of runs at 594hp as seen on link but the final figure was 618hp @ 36psi in DIN or 614hp in uncorrected figures.

The 12R is probably the best design of all the designs as far as keeping the throttle bodies in place since they are captured between the head and the frame and can not escape... Sealing the inside is also easy with the 12R again due to the original design. Using billet stacks and some silicon will produce a solid seal. SO many people have thought for years that the 12R wasn't a good choice for a turbo because of the airbox but the opposite is true. It's a great choice because of the frame design. It's just not a bike that a kit can be sold that will bolt on over a weekend with simple tools. The frame needs some minor welding and that scares the piss out of most people. Those that aren't afraid of a little TIG work are rewarded with a great package.

Yeah, I totally get that, do you guys have to reinforce the boots that hold the throttle bodies to the head? On the boosted jetskis we have solid aluminum manifolds, I have converted mine to use the zx12r throttle bodies, though mine is just NA.
I love seeing the crazy power that you guys squeeze out of the 1198ccs you get.

It's not that I think you're dumb, it's just that so much of what you know isn't true....
That and avoid detonation at all cost. by supplying plenty of fuel and a stout ignition. Build the rotating assembly like a tank and add that boost referenced above and it's amazing... The Guys at BigCC have been incredibly generous by giving away information for free that takes countless broken parts to learn over years of lessons. I wish we had this technology back when I was willing to spend the time and effort to keep up a turbo bike that's not much good at those levels except for dragging around in a trailer. Boost is like Lays Potato chips no one can ever get enough until they discover they just had too much has always been my experience. That little screw just calls out to be turned in just a little bit more LOL
