Did you read the copyright notice on the video clip?
It's for Lockheed internal use only, and not for public distribution.

BTW, I don't know why Lockheed wouldn't want the video to be public domain - it's way cool. The only reason I posted the comment to Harry was as a caution. Lockheed lawyers can be very anal about copyright infringement and distribution in the public domain. (Believe me, I know.)

I think you're referring to 'Have Blue'. 'Tacit Blue' was a product of Northrop, I believe.
