Throttle issues?

Hi all, I've recently bought a 2004 zx12r which seems to struggle to set off smoothly which kinda felt like setting off in 2nd gear. I changed the front sprocket to 17 teeth but it made no difference. It had a scorpion can on it so I got it dyno tested and got a power commander fitted but still it struggles to set off smoothly and as it should do. Anyone any Ideas?

If you have a PC3R add some advance around 1800- to 2800 rpm. If you have a PC3, get a muzzy adjustable advancer and add 2 degrees.
