How lucky am I?
Went to the AFC championship game and my team won.
Got a ticket to the superbowl and my team is going.
The superbowl is 20 minutes from my house.
OH YEAH.

I hope that Warren Sapp and Keyshawn are soundly humiliated. I'm not crazy about Romanowski either, but most of the Raider organization act like professionals. Beings how neither team is "mine", I find other things to root for, like may the biggest assholes lose.

Raider hooligans? never heard of em. I've heard of charger fans who start with raider fans, and then raider fans who finish what was started, but there won't be any charger fans there. hardly any raider fans either....only 11,000 tickets go to seasn ticket holders in oakland. 11,000 to TB. The rest are for people with connections and ticket agencies, and there aren't that many of them on ebay.

That game this weekend was great. My favorite part was the post-game show when Deion Sanders looked into the camera and said, "Thank you Mr. Shottenheimer."
For those of you who don't know the story, the Raiders were about to pick up Deion for the post season to help make up for the injured DB lineup. Marty Shottenheimer blocked it because the Chiefs had next rights to him, and the Chiefs didn't want the Raiders to be any stronger. What's sad is that everything would have fallen through the cracks, and Deion would have been playing for the Raiders if the boy would have just kept his mouth shut and not told everyone a week before the deal was supposed to happen. It's funny to me because it turns out that we didn't need him anyway.

I'd say you were real lucky that your ticket didn't pan out. It would suck to spend $400 on a ticket and watch your team not merely get beat but spanked!!
