Lookie what I got today...
Hey Kids,
I told y'all on an earlier post that I wanted these bad boys. Well, I broke down today and bought them. Man, I need to get back to work. I spend way too much money on my days off.

And, the best part is that they even kinda match my new helmet cover... Anybody have a broad sword I can borrow for a couple of days?
(Boy, I hope the cover stays on at 150mph...I'll find out on Wednesday.)

They were $139 plus tax at our local bike shop. (Road Rider.) It's the best price I've seen for these gloves anywhere.

The gloves are actually surprizingly comfortable...although, I doubt that I will wear them for any agressive jaunts in the twisties. I've just had a couple bad experiences with rivets in the palms. Kevlar is much better there. The leather in the gloves are slightly thicker than my other gloves, but they are breaking in nicely.
As for the helmet, I just want to draw attention away from my lack of riding ability. So, people will say, "Did you see the guy with the funny helmet?" insead of "Dang, that guy has a piss poor reaction time."

My problem with wearing a hat like that is the crowd would say he rides as goofy as his hat!
