I'm no expert but it sounds like the pull rod is spinning with the pressure plate which it shouldn't .
check and see if there's a little play (in n out) in the pull rod and if it spins easily when you pull on it

So after 2 weeks of the shop having my bike.. there has been some question raised about the shop that is doing the work. The clutch hub was shattered to hell but the person who took it to the shop said there is no way in hell the hub was like that when it got to him.
Being that we just put a new rod in it you would think we would have saw it too. So i am out 1100 bucks and this is not a mtc stage 1 lockup kit.. So when the shop is done i will confront the guy about what all happen.

It almost sounds like you are talking bout the muzzy single stage lock up.

If so, quit using their pull rods, they are SHIT, and Rob knows it. I made him refund my money on the rod. We machined one from tool steel. But, if that is what you are running......, you clutch is WAAAAAYYYYY off on the tune up.

New clutch is in to factory specs
but now the battery does not keep a charge.
So how can i tell if its the stator or something else not charging the battry.
Soon as it gets hot it dies
