Corbin seat
I was going to purchase a Corbin seat for my 02 12R But before I do I was wondering if any of you people have had any long distance experience with one on a 12R and what you think.
I find that the stock seat gives me a sore butt after a long ride which is what I'm doing alot of the times. It seems like it wants to slide you forward against he gas tank all the time.

I have one on my 00 and love it. Very happy with it. I've put 983 miles on in a single day on my Corbin seat. Can't imagine that many miles without a corbin!

502 miles in a little less than 7 hours is the longest I have done on mine in one trip.
I've had very good luck with mine and think it's a great improvement. I'd buy another one and recommend it to anyone that asks about it.

...yup...corbins makes a long day on the 12R saddle very bearable...my pelvic region used to ache at the 200 mile mark on the stocker...I can easily do 500-800 milers now...and with less knee ache with non-padded foot-pegs...

Longest day was 1 541 miles in 24 hours, with several 1000 mile days this summer with the corbin. Don't worry, it's comfy

my corbin was NOT comfortable the 1st time around; too hard. I sent it back for softer foam and now it is fine.
