every time....
I take the motor apart,a piece walks on me.This time it is the half ring to hold the tranny bearing in place.Two days ago it was in place while cleaning the cases of all snots still on it and then degreasing. Torqued the rods and went to install the transmission and no clip.Garage gremlins got it first.I must of spent the last 45 minutes playing crackhead looking on the floor for it.Must mean its time for supper.

i hate when that happens. i try to lable and bag everything now, cause im good at loosing stuff too lol. zip lok and motor oil are your friends

I wouldn't like to add up the time spent wandering aimlessly around the bike in circles looking for the screwdriver\socket\spanner I had in my hand 60 seconds ago.

I have seen things dissapear while LOOKING right at them! I have a place on my floor where something can drop and I see it drop and still cannot find it!

I ordered a new clip,$2.00. It won't come in until Tuesday,so I'll have a couple of hours to close the motor up before I go in for my second operation.I figure by October I'll be walking enough to carry the motor back to the bike and put it in.

From a Man who has had more than a Dozen of them the only total concern is the Person that puts you to sleep and (Hopefully ) wakes you up again! Make sure that person is going to be there full time! The other people can maime you but this person can KILL You!
