Hmm...Don't have it in front of me, the block is at the shop. I called Max Power, and they had the number. 920.893.5595
Once I had the phone number, I was able to use that to find the web page:

Not a problem! Hey, hats off to Max Power, they had no problem with supplying me the number to, in essence, a competitor. Just that they were familiar with my cylinder, and knew they were'nt set up to do it.
