oh yah!
thats that mounting bracket for the top of your helment so you can put the downforce winglet with servo actuated variable force up there.

It looks like a pipe hanger so you can get rid of the rear footpegs. Either that or it's and egg beater.

I had a friend with a rocket launch my own personal spy satellite into orbit.
