Updated pic..
shes been in the works for a little while new black 05 swingarm,, and AKRA shorty,, just waiting on the side panel for the right side and debating on if i should go with a red CAT5 Vortex or Black for the rear,, gonna go with a 45 on back,, any opinions?

my opinion is its not fair that i have a shit load of snow and you dont. oh wait, you were talking about the bike.. right  (jfwy)
bike looks great with the arm matching the frame. i like the hugger. i had one like it, but i had to ditch it for an aluminum chainguard(rules for the strip) i started to hack it up to use the part over the wheel, but decided that it wasnt worth the bother(once i was half done) and it was just added weight lol
what are those pegs you have?

they are generic pegs off ebay,, the black paint is wearing off,, you have to watch them though,, they unscrew every once in a while gotta make sure they are tight.. thanx for the input Scott,, and yea i got that PM,, whats good is 58 cycle takes paypal! dont know if i want a red ,, black,, or silver sprocket?? Later
BTW you cant really see it in the pic above,, but there is an outfit on ebay that auctions shifter pegs,, i dont know if i causght them sleeping but i won one for a penny!
thats right .01 cent,, PLUS 6 bucks shipping,, i think they caught on though because now they are selling for a total of like 30 bucks on a buy it now.. billet aluminum,, pretty nice with the spring loaded toe peg..

probly be tough to get the red to match. im leaning towards silver as the vortex sprockets are really nice (love mine) and the finish is bound to wear off the teeth of a coloured one. i think if you go with a black sprocket you should get the rest of the bare aluminum parts painted or powder coated black.
a penny and shipping, not bad have you tried your fav brand of red thread locking agent on them yet? (i did all my subframe bolts one day after finding one backed out a 1/4 inch!)

yea thats something i will have to do one day,, go thru the whole bike or at least the ones that are prone to back off.. glad i got into it this winter cause ive found quite a bit of stuff that needed addressing,, thats for sure,, im jsut lazy with the dont fix it if it aint broke mentality,, but as we all know 1 small mistake caused by a small mechanical malfunction can be very unforgiving at speed!
hey did the 02s have black peg assemblys,, there was a guy on ebay that was parting out his bike and i noticed them,, but i really didnt think the 02 had black rear sets and passenger pegs? maybe he had them powdered?
