problems!!!
Was riding along and my 00' 12r started skipping and FI light came on. Stop to check no obvious reason started again
tried to make to the hous(1.5 miles) Went about .5 mile cut off still have power no readout no neutral light no starter
what is possibly wrong? pc,shiftkill,ecm Help!!Help!!

help with trouble codes
check bike out this mourning had a blowed ign fusecange started up but FI light still on retrieve the codes
have recieved a manuel yet could any tell what these codes are 12, 45 51 help greatly appreciated.

number one coil burnt has any one else had this problem?
just wondering if any known cause other tan parts failure

I have heard that if the FI light comes on.
Unhook the PC and see if that helps.

no not under warrenty
tried unhooking the pc didn'help
but found out what the codes were and 51 is short in #1 ing coil. pulled the coil out and has a whole were it has been arcing, along with some of the gel inside running out

Thats the first I've heard of a coil going bad on a 12r.
Has anyone else heard of one going bad?

this is the coil that burned up verses a new one. Dealer ordered two thought the first one was too short mix up in packaging, wrong the coil expand (about .5inch). This is new to me has anyone else seen this happen
