Voltage Regulator Interchangeability?
What is the interchangeability on the voltage regulator? What years will an A1 voltage regulator bolt on?

The A1, A2, B1, and B2 all use the same part number voltage regulator according to Kawasaki Parts.
BTW the same part also fits the 2000 - 2003 ZX-9R.
