Prostreet ZX12 turbo
I just thought Id share my next project.Any comments or tips would be appriciated. When complete it will have a Muzzy 1317 big block and be turbo charged with a 2 step system 7 psi 1-2 gear then step up to 12-15 psi 3-6 gear.I havent put a lot of thought into the wheels yet (I just want to get it going) so Im going to use stock ZX7 wheels for awhile. Thanks.I forget to put in there. It is street legal and will be driven (if I can get iti finished) in Daytona for Biketoberfest. It has a 3gal fuel and 1.5gal oil aluminum tank. The one in the pic is the gas tank.I just ordered the dry sump oil system wich should be here in about 4 weeks.Im sending the head out next week. The bottom end is finished with a cut trans and all the clutch goodies. As far as the offset journels ....Im not sure .I'll have to find out about durability.I have a friend with the block running it natural and he has no problems. However with the turbo it's a complete different creature.I'm not sure.If you have any info on this please let me know.
