I was getting 120miles to a tankful(thats just to reserve) 2 up at 100mph the other week in france.
Was averaging 100 to 120 mph and it seemed fine, soon as i went over 120mph the petrol consumption went right down.
Must admit my bike is bog standard but i was 2 up with luggage.

I got about 29s in the twisties....w/straights ... yo-yoing w/a VW GTI. I can get 30s, but don't think I'll ever see 40s, even w/my weight and 18/44 gearing on carbon wheels....just too tempting in a whole tank not to pin it once or twice!

Around town I get about 25 to 28 mpg. I took a ride to AZ and averaged 36 mpg so it was better than I thought it would be.

I get 40mpg from my daily commute.
10 miles of country lanes.
30 miles of 50mph A roads.
60 miles of motorway.
25 miles of city.
Usually in the morning speed is restricted to what the rest of the traffic is doing but evening motorway speeds are between 80 and 100 mph.
Bike is bog standard (kleen air removed).

WIth my Step tube Hindle between Daytona and Clearwater Florida 70 to 90 MPH I got 38 MPG and usually 33 to 37 all of the time even in traffic. A LOT to do with tuning specially between 0 to 20% throttle!

OK guys, how many are you using a Speedo Healer of some type of correction to your ODO's?
Your averages could come down if you don't.

I verified my ODO and speed with my GPS unit and the ODO shows a1 mile difference with from the GPS. That is running the stock gearing and a 190/50/17 tire.

I have been getting 29-31 in town since my PC3r took a dump and is unplugged with 35 on the highway. I was getting 32-33 in town and 36-37 hwy with the PC. I agree with Vincent, Ryan Schnitz has ALOT of fuel removed at 20% throttle on my map. Should have another PC next week. I got 150 miles to a tank on the highway on one day that I was just cruising 70-75 on the freeway.

he removed alot of fuel at 20% cuz i took vh advice on adding fuel from 0 trottle to 5% throttle and it made a huge difference on drivability. although my gas didnt seem to improve.
