JC, that is what I heard too. I took the wheels into the shop and while getting work done on my 12 I asked them to just see if a busa sprocket would "fit" the bolt pattern....came back after they finished servicing my bike and they said it didn't. Now they could have either not done anything and lied (possible I will admit) or that they could have used what they thought was a busa sprocket but wasn't. My instincts tell me that they were telling the truth but you never know!
VH...thanks for the call....hopefully we'll get this all sorted....better hurry....I'm going for 205 and at this rate you may never catch me on your 12!!!! j/k.....

Make sure the allen bolts behind the sprocket are tight; Loctite them.
Mine came loose if you all remember in 00', & it ruined bearings/carrier.
Dymag warrantied the sprocket bearings/carrier- sent me a new one.

Thanks VH! So based on the conversation you had with Dymag it is those 3 spacers for the REAR wheel and the fronts use OEM spacers, right? I know my BST Carbon wheels used OEM fronts.
What is the status of the rear rotor? It is 100% supposed to be a zx7r disc? If so was that included in the shipment to you? Was it a missing shipment?
Glad to have all this finally come to a close! Let me know when is a good time to stop by VH. Should I wait till the rotor comes in?
Steve, once I have all this stuff in my hands first thing I'll do is hit up the websites and clear the air. It was a learning experience for us all.
VH....if you ever need some spray @ Maxton....HOLLA!

Yes, the Stock front spacers and Now I have the new Rear SPacers. I am not sure about the rear Brake or Front Brake but from what I heard it is the ZX7R parts that fit! I will check if you need "ME" to do that!

Vincent; Yes the stock ZX7R should fit. I have been told that our sprocket bolt pattern is the same as the Hayabusa. May be worth taking the Dymag sprocket to your dealer first just to try before you buy..

The "Rotor Issue" I thought was "What Rotors needed to be used as in like what Sprocket! Which I answered. (ZX750 Parts) I Know that Kawasaki ZX750R Disc Brakes are not coming from Dymag for Sure. They have done what they needed to do.
My Question is, were the "Rotors" Part of the Deal? I know that he said he sent some, but again, was that voluntary ?? or part of the agreed upon Package?? since at the time the wheels were made, this was all that was made for a ZX12R and it was / should have been understood by the buyer from Dymag.
I need to hear your comments then Deal with these part also. (I have never bought a Wheel where the Disc Brakes were part of buying the wheel but that is when buying something from the factory!
ALSO, one of the reasons I asked about getting the spacers is I do not have an address to ship them to you. I actually think for me to spend $3.00 would be cheaper than even your "Car
because you would still have to spend the time!!

VH, the wheels were advertised as:
zx12 wheels that would fit 2000-2003 models. It says "will also fit zx9" (must use zx12 rotor though) and zx7s after 1996.
Since these wheels were advertised as zx12 wheels and even in the auction it states to use a zx12 rotor (which incidentally is incorrect) I feel I am owed a correct rotor. Check your PM for the 411.
Thanks again VH, I appreciate your assistance, seriously.

OK! I have never seen the Ad. I will get back to you on the Rotors. I do know that the wheels you have "ARE" What Dymag sold to fit the ZX12R at the time they came out.
One Question, Have ytou checked to see if your Front Rotors Fit? Have you checked to make sure the rear does not fit?
I just spoke to Steve, He is sending me another Rear Disc. He said that the ZX12R Front Rotors was what he used on the Front and the Stock spacers on the Front. It was the Rear that needed the Special Spacers and Different Disc. WHen I have the Disc I will let you know then I will have everything for the rear to be used on the ZX12R! Thanks for giving the the Address of the Ad. That explains a LOT!!

I figured it would clear things up! Unfortunately I never removed my stock rotors and made sure that it was the same bolt pattern. As soon as I found out the rear wheel was a 5 rotor bolt patter but stock rotors are 4 bolt it all kinda came to a grinding halt.
Thanks VH.....

quote: To resolve this He will give me the part numbers and I will see if I can get the spacers from Dymag and hand them to Ship. Hopefully I can get this done in 30 days or less if this is OK with you Ali?
This was made on the 17th of January and today is the 21th of February!
Sorry I missed the deadline by 4 days (I think the Weather slowed the delivery of the rotor by at least a few days! (It was shipped UPS Ground on 2/14/07 from Jacksvil Fla) the 17th was a saturday, 18th a Sunday the 19 a Holiday so the 20th was when it should have been here)
My Apology for failing to keep my word which really means something to me! I really thought it would all be done before the 30 days expired!
