2400cc ZX-12r
Someone posted these on my site and I though some of you would find them interesting.
Its a custom block V8 using ZX-12 heads and cylinders
Apparently its a methanol injected race engine of some sort. What I found most intriguing is that it uses two ECUs running simultaneously, one for each bank.

I recognize the crank trigger first. LOL
Call me a geek.
I would love to have a V-8 based on two 12's in my GTi.
Oil changes would suck, but be worth it.

It appears that the 12 based "v-8" has 2 crankshafts (a pair of Siamese 4's), whereas the Powertec is a true V-8. Maybe my eyes deceive me???
A cool effort in any event!!!

A gm pcm would run this engine in closed loop with full tuneability.
