Finally made an undertail choice...
can you believe it? After agonizing months and driving everybody crazy I finally made a pick. I had to drive myself crazy before I could come to some kind of decision. But this is me - pro for the course. I always do this. Drive myself crazy until one day I say screw it and make a command decision.

I liked their hugger too. However they don't offer one in black for the 2001. I could get one in green, but I think black would look much nicer on my green 12. Of course, I'm still on the fence about the green vs. black hugger. Anybody got any thoughts about green or black?
I'm looking for other manufactures for a Hugger. Anybody got a recommendation?
I hope the undertail arrives before I get shipped to Iowa. I want to be here to accept delivery.
I would have went ahead and ordered an Akropovic system from Spencercycle but like I said Iowa is looming and I may not have time to deal with the Akro and all it entails until after I get to wherever I'm going. I'm still on the fence about whether to go with the PCIIIr that comes as part of the combo deal from spencers or to go with the yosh ems.
Next thing on the list to agonize over is turn signal options. For now I'm going to go with the turn signal integrator kit for the rear. I don't know yet what I'm going to do for the front.
I got a new digital camera (Minolta Dimage S404). I got a real steal on it too. I'll be posting pictures of the bike as it goes through it's metamorphosis and I go through my (possibly arduous) journey.
I want to thank all you folks on the boards for all your help and advice. You folks are a invaluable resource.
