need some help!!!
i think my 12 is taking a shit! I was headed to work this morning and everything was fine and all of a sudden is studders/hesitates horribly bad...to the point of almost dieing. It keeps doing it so i slow down and putt putt all the way to work. It does this in every gear..not so much in low 1st but in every other gear at every RPM. Major loss of power, and engine and exhaust note sounds horrible...like a aprilla. The thing is it's not constant. From the time going to work, back home and around the block tonight it did it 90% of the time. Im thinking it's the plugs cuz it sounds like it's runnin on 3 or something not right. Any help would be appreciated! The plugs were replaced like 1.5 years ago. Help me please!

Does it have a power commander? If it does, try unpluging it.

if no PC, plugged fuel filter is another possibility.

No it's in the tank on the pump. It looks like a little sock.

I hope i can do it myself cuz my tax money is comin in and i have plans already for it and dont want it goin to the dealer's pockets!

i have no way of read'n the codes but no warning lights are on either. I washed it Sunday but used very little water and not even pressureized with a nozzle or anything...just an open water hose. After i washed, i rode it around fine and it didn't do it till yesterday morning. At this point my truck would beat it racing...it's that bad! no power! Would a dirty filter affect it at idle and full throttle like that? It'll go normal for a sec then back to that low engine tone. Best way to describe it is...if normal engine sound cruising in low 2nd is vrroooooooooom this shit sounds more like DUUUUUUUUUUH! if that helps.

I've heard of water getting in the spark plug holes and grounding it out.Try removing the coils and boots, blow the holes out with water and reassemble

On another bike I had a problem of water getting to the TPS sensor causing problem just like that. If the EFI light dosen't flash You can't get help by reading the codes. Just unplug the TPS and look for water. Do the same to the plugs too... Start with the simple things. If You've ridden it being broken You may have ruined Your plugs. You have the service manual? If not - try to look for online version.
