Rick, it is a wait and see wright now, I like it down here in Charlotte but all the good riding is two hours away. Ever time i go back home to knoxville i tell Melissa dam i got to get a new bike. And by the time i get back here i not as fired up.After riding all the roads in east Tenn. for years and years the roads down here don't do anything for me, if you no what i mean.Hell its been so lone sense i've rode a bike you would need to give me a class or two.

I doubt that Mark, a couple runs through the Gap and you'd be back in action. You wouldn't have any trouble getting back up to speed.
I figured there would be some decent roads in the Charlotte area??? But then again, it'd be hard for any place to top where you were. Those East Tennessee roads are kick-ass, I live on the wrong damned side of the State.

You are wright about, long time no post. I sold the 12 about a year ago so you no how this story go out of sight out of mind.This is one of the first time that i have been with out a bike in over thirty years.Who know maybe the zx14 is calling my name.But trues me it is great to hear from all you cat in bike land. just met harry and katie, they came over to my house en route to somerset, very nice people and welcome back anytime, i may be able to meet up with them again at the tt, i hope so.my daughter thought harrys accent was brilliant, "just like on the telly" she said.

You mean you let that hippyfied bastard into your house??? Harry is definitely one of a kind, and an entertaining individual.
His accent is actually a by-product of severe trama to his throat. He told me he starred in an erotic movie back in the 80's called "Mandingo Man Love", and his voice has never been the same.

Pretty much............... I think Harry has several more guns than I do, I've only got 5.
I don't know if Harry has a concealed carry permit or not. (like it'd matter ) But I know he is usually never too far from a weapon. LOL
I, on the other hand, do have a concealed carry permit, and don't carry a weapon nearly as much as Harry does.
I'd hate to have to ventilate someone, but if my life or a loved ones' life hung in the balance I wouldn't hesitate. With all the crazy bastards on meth, and crackheads around every corner you just never know anymore.

fair enough if thats how it is over there I would do the same, a mans home is his castle and all that, scarey thought though having to carry guns to protect your loved ones and property, I hope you never have to use them

Wheeliekev, did Harry tell you the story about him and Ninjaman,at DG#3, there little sleep over.Rick still has a bad limp and Harry is still on medication. Ninjaman said the night got started after a few cool beers and a fire next to the river.Harry, broke down over a couple of personel problems and Rick the man he is, well you know help a brother out.It was year later before we new what really happed that night next to the little cabin.

Yep, he had about 12 beers and wondered off from the cabin one night this past May. Chris and I heard what sounded like a pig squeeling, and it kept getting louder and louder. We got our flashlights and went to see what all the ruckus was about. Well Harry had staggered over to the campground area and was confronted by a group of Harley riders that were camping out. Chris and I didn't have the heart to tell him what really happened. So now it's Old Milwaukee NA and O'douls for Harry, queen of the campground.
A little holiday tip for you, Harry's out of the country as you know and he suspended his cell phone until he gets back. But good ol' Cingular left his voice mail active, and I've been burning it to the ground at least once a day!!!!!!!!!!!!
