Bad luck
Shit happens
After a really nice holiday which took us to southern France and during which I participated in several trackdays with my new 10R it seems I ran into a stroke of bad luck as I was hit by a car on my return from the dealer on my missus bike. Quite badly injured (right side: dislockated shoulder, broken ribs, hemothorax, badly bruised pelvis...., left side: broken scaphoid, and severely f.ued knee and ligaments) I was in hospital for two weeks. It was a narrow escape and on my first day at home I'm looking at a long period of revalidation before I'll be able to sit on my bike again , let alone go back to work.
One lucky thing: it happend just before winter
