I would like to sincerely thank my internet friends for the phone calls. Im glad I got you guys as a support system.
I hope the calls clarified a few details that were left out of this thread.

It's all good....
I just got off the phone with Steve. I appologized for causing him any grief as I had no dog in this fight. My intentions were that if something really wasn't on the level that maybe more things would come to light and the culprit would be exposed. He knows that now, and I am happy to say that he assured me beyond any shadow of a doubt that he really is the DogFucker that I though he was. Which simply means Steve is alright in my book and I have no problems with the guy. I've have a lot of fun with the crazy bastard at the Gap rallys and never wanted to think that he was a shady bastard, but sometimes you never know. People get fucked over everyday by "friends." I said no names for a reason, I never knew who the heat would come from.
He was man enough to talk to me even though he is very pissed with his character being put into question. I don't blame him for being pissed at all. I'm glad we talked and everything is cool. I just hate that I added even more stress to his day as he really is pissed about this all.
Hang in there Steve.

Oh and FWIW..... Ive probably had some 300 or 400 transactions done over the internet and ebay.
McNabneys deal was the worst misrepresentation.... I think there were 2 others that got sorted out.
I use the same name on all sites too. SuzukiHayabusa.org,LS1Tech, DodgeDakotas.com, ...etc

Blitz (regardless of .org or not) is doing the same thing you did for Steve. Never dealt with Steve but will certainly take your word that he's stand-up. I've personally learned an assl0ad from Blitz and have to vouch for him as well. Even learned a bit from NB indirectly.
Hopefully this will all get put to bed soon and I hate to put my 2 cents in...but ya' know how it goes.

Thanks TB, If anyone wonders how TB got his friends, it was doing things for people that he barely knew and refusing to take a payment.
I got the CD with the Parts Fiche many years ago. I also got some Kawasaki Stickers to make my windshield look stock. He sent me a NOS Bottle and I used it for a year and the only reason he got it back is I no longer use the 2.5 bottles so I sent him my extra Bottle. Do not get me wrong, Steve will not take ANY Do do but he does not start it, he only trys to finish iT!!

However,
The "excellent condition" header that he bought from Todd McNutguzzler was a corroded dinged pile of shit with missing and damaged parts. Perhaps it may have been in excellent condition in the eyes of, say, Fred Sanford. I'd hate to see the header he wasn't willing to sell. Just bothered to read this thread, had to duck a few times on the way through it. All's well that ends well I guess.
I know Steve, have partied with him quite a few times down at the Gap, have ridden with him and done some business with him, actually a favor for him and he was straight up the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to help him or buy something from him or trust him.

The reason I edited out my post after the fact is that I realized this thread wasn't the proper forum for my comments.
I've got no problem with you sticking up for a friend. Just like you and everybody else I have my perceptions of a persons character (right, wrong or indifferent) based upon what I read and the way that person handles themselves.
How some of these internet transaction get so screwed up sometimes baffles me. Its simple. You take good closeup pics, you make sure you show all damage and imperfections, and then if the buyer is not happy they return the part and you refund their money. Simple.
Now of course if what Harry posted here in this forum recently is real and not a joke (sometimes I don't know when these guys are kidding and when they are being serious being the new kid on the block) then I think that speaks volumes about what we are talking about.
