ZX-12R fork question.
Are all the ZX-12 forks interchangable? Not the radial mount years but the 2000-2003.

i would think so. stiffer oem springs from 2002 up i think.

....is it a straight swap to install the whole radial braked forks from an '05 12R onto an '00 12R?...or does the mster cylinder need to be swapped out, too?....
